Have you been busy making art at home or school? We want to feature your very best creation at our AWHS Flair Fest! With prizes to be won, this is a great opportunity to show off and celebrate your hard work! Check down below for the full details and fill out an application to join us for our first ever Flair Fest Youth Art Show!

YOUTH ART SHOW SUBMISSIONS

WHEN: Sunday, June 23rd from 11 am to 6 pm
WHERE: Powell Park in Port Dover – 250 Main St, Port Dover, Ontario
All participants must be between the ages of 5 and 18, and a resident of either Norfolk or Haldimand County, or an active participant here at Art With Heart Studio.
Submission guidelines
- one submission per participant
- all mediums are welcome: acrylic, watercolour, mixed media, clay, collage, etc.
- submissions must be of ORIGINAL artwork, designed & created by the youth participant
- submissions must be of appropriate subject matter and may not include profanity, violence, illegal activity, nudity, or hateful content.
Art submissions must be submitted by May 31st at 11:59 pm.
Applicants will be notified by no later than May 20th via email if they have been selected to participate in our Youth Art Show at AWHS Flair Fest – Talent Show and Family Picnic!
All selected participants must drop their artwork off at Art With Heart Studio, 33 Norfolk Street. North, Simcoe between June 10th – June 14th and labeled with the participant’s name & the title of the artwork.

I hereby agree that Art with HEART Studio, its staff and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to my child or my child's property, including deterioration of health. Art with Heart may decline a participant due to physical and or/verbal abuse towards staff and other participants. I declare having read and understood the above-informed consent agreement in its entirety and hereby give my consent for the registrant to participate knowing all of the foregoing. *

Photo/Video Consent: I hereby grant permission for video recordings and digital photographs to be taken of my child or my child’s work as a part of their participation in Art with HEART Studio (AWHS) programs. I release and assign permission to license all videos and images and to use all videos and images in any media (website, social media, print, etc.) for purposes which include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging. I understand that any videos or images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and modified. I agree AWHS has all rights to images and videos for perpetuity. *
