Do the words “crafty, local youth” describe you? Are you a budding entrepreneur looking for opportunities to showcase your work? We want to feature your creations in our Youth Markers Market at our AWHS Flair Fest! Check down below for the full details and fill out an application to join us for round 2 of this awesome community event!

YOUTH VENDOR APPLICATION

WHEN: Sunday, June 25th from 11 am to 6 pm (set up starts at 10 am)
WHERE: Silver Lake in Port Dover – 320 St. Patrick Street, Port Dover, Ontario
All vendors must be between the ages of 5 and 18, and a resident of either Norfolk or Haldimand County, or an active participant here at Art With Heart Studio.
Vendors must have enough products to fill their table for the day.
All vendors must bring their own:
- table & chairs
- canopy tent – size limit of 10 x 10 feet
- cash/change/payment method
- adult supervision
Vendor applications must be submitted by May 15th at 11:59 pm.
Applicants will be notified by no later than May 31st via email if they have been selected to participate in our Youth Markers Market at AWHS Flair Fest – Talent Show and Family Picnic!

I understand that it is my responsibility to bring any necessary items for my child's market booth such as chairs, tables, a tent, cashbox, change, etc. I also understand that my tent and market booth may be no larger than 10 x 10 feet. *

I hereby agree that Art with HEART Studio, its staff and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to my child or my child's property, including deterioration of health. Vendors and their guardians are responsible for keeping track of all of their money, personal items, and products during the event. I also understand that the supervision of my child and their vendor station is my responsibility. Art with Heart may decline a participant due to physical and or/verbal abuse towards staff and other participants. I declare having read and understood the above-informed consent agreement in its entirety and hereby give my consent for the registrant to participate knowing all of the foregoing *

Photo/Video Consent: I hereby grant permission for video recordings and digital photographs to be taken of my child or my child’s work as a part of their participation in Art with HEART Studio (AWHS) programs. I release and assign permission to license all videos and images and to use all videos and images in any media (website, social media, print, etc.) for purposes which include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging. I understand that any videos or images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and modified. I agree AWHS has all rights to images and videos for perpetuity. *
