Whatever your worthwhile cause, we would be HAPPY to help you with your next fundraising initiative! Book your Paint Night Fundraiser at Art with Heart and receive 50% of the proceeds. Here’s how it works:
- The use of our studio space for up to three hours
- Professional Artistic Instruction
- All supplies needed for each guest to create an 11 x 14 canvas painting
- Your choice of painting subject
- The guest list! You are responsible for marketing, collecting money and keeping track of sign ups for your event. Remember: the bigger the guest list, the more money YOU make!
- Any food or beverages you would like to provide to your guests.
THE FUNDRAISING COMPONENT
It is $50 for your guests to attend your Paint Night Fundraiser. You collect the money and sign-ups, and then provide Art with Heart with $25/person in attendance at the time of your event. YOU pocket the rest! The fundraising potential is fantastic – if you have 15 guests in attendance, you are looking at $375!
*Bookings are subject to studio and instructor availability. Please get in touch at least 4 weeks in advance in order to secure your fundraiser! A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. A minimum of 10 participants will be required for Paint Night Fundraisers and we can accommodate up to 20 people in our studio space. We can travel to your home or venue for a $25* travel fee ($50* if more than 30km away from Port Dover)*
