I understand that this is NOT a registration form, but a request for a space in AWHS Private Lessons. Lessons are subject to instructor & studio availability. A team member will be in touch to either confirm a lesson time slot, or to add you to our waitlist if we do not currently have an open slot that meets your availability. *
