YOUTH MAKERS MARKET - HOLIDAY EXTRAVANGANZA!

WHEN: December 2nd, 2023 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (set up starts at 8:00 am, all vendors must be cleaned up by 1:00 pm)
WHERE: Simcoe Gospel Chapel, 4152 ON-3, Simcoe
All vendors must be between the ages of 5 and 18, and a resident of either Norfolk or Haldimand County, or an active participant at Art With Heart Studio.
Vendors must have enough products to fill their table for the day. Items do not need to be holiday themed. This is an opportunity for shoppers to purchase some Christmas gifts from the local youth in our community! Sale of food items is not permitted.
All vendors must bring their own:
- cash/change/payment method
- adult supervision
- chairs
- A limited number of tables will be provided by AWHS on a first come-first serve basis, so please be prepared to bring along your own (maximum 6 feet). AWHS will confirm prior to the event.
Vendor applications must be submitted by November 12th at 11:59 pm.
Spaces are limited and will be first come first serve.

I understand that it is my responsibility to bring any necessary items for my child's market booth such as chairs, tables, cashbox, change, etc. I also understand that my tent and market booth may be no larger than 10 x 10 feet. *

I hereby agree that Art with HEART Studio, its staff and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to my child or my child's property, including deterioration of health. Vendors and their guardians are responsible for keeping track of all of their money, personal items, and products during the event. I also understand that the supervision of my child and their vendor station is my responsibility. Art with Heart may decline a participant due to physical and or/verbal abuse towards staff and other participants. I declare having read and understood the above-informed consent agreement in its entirety and hereby give my consent for the registrant to participate knowing all of the foregoing *

Photo/Video Consent: I hereby grant permission for video recordings and digital photographs to be taken of my child or my child’s work as a part of their participation in Art with HEART Studio (AWHS) programs. I release and assign permission to license all videos and images and to use all videos and images in any media (website, social media, print, etc.) for purposes which include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging. I understand that any videos or images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and modified. I agree AWHS has all rights to images and videos for perpetuity. *
